The space

AMAZING GATED Entrance. PRIVATE LODGE-located on 7 acres w/ fire-pit, hot tub, barrel sauna, New Full Size USAPA Professional Pickleball Court, putting green, corn hole and Loaded Game Room with performance stage! Perfect gathering place for family/friend reunions, vacations & pickleball staycations! Great place for wedding guest that are in town for one of the many nearby venues. Fun girls or guys getaway to play, relax or check out the Nashville Honkey Tonks on Broadway! It doesn’t get any better than this place!

Guest access

You will have a large private parking area behind the lodge, and a 2 car garage. Total parking for 5 vehicles. Your private codes to enter gate and lower back entrance (door to left of garage) at lodge will be sent to you 1-2 days prior arrival date.

We also provide washer, dryer, detergents, soaps, shampoo, conditioner & cleaning supplies. We provide a high chair, pac-n-play, baby gates. Your coffee bar will have Dunkin' Donuts Coffee, Cider, Hot Chocolate, Popcorn & 2 Coffee Makers. Cooking spices provided.

Interaction with guests

We are available 24/7 for anything that you may need, but we will also respect your privacy and leave you alone during your stay with us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pineybrook Lodge while in Lebanon for a wedding. The space was exactly as described, offered plenty of room to socialize and relax as a family and the games and amenities were a big added plus! The house is exactly like the pictures, feels extremely private but you will likely notice some noise from the road (never bothered us). The rooms are spacious, comfortable beds and clean linens.
